Hi all, 1. How much does air conditioning raise your electricity bill? 2. How many BTUs is your air conditioner? 3. Do you have a "portable" Royal Sovereign brand air conditioner? Is it any good? (especially since it's not Energy Star compliant?) Thanks, Zeke
