  1. Bring a jacket. Or wear one or two extra under shirts.
  2. ever considered a jacket???
  3. nice stelish sweeter, stay warm and look professional.
  4. Dress warmer. If there were vitamins that made you feel warmer, don't you think they'd give them to people living at the Poles or hypothermia victims?
  5. Talk to the doc; being cold can signal a couple of health issues. A couple are being anemic (lack of iron) or even an under-active thyroid. If that's not the case, just dress in layers and keep a sweater handy. Take a short walk about every hour to keep the blood flow moving.
  6. There are legal perameters about how hot/cold an office should be, so first of all I would check this out with your local environmental health officer or whoever might be responsible for this in your are of work - do you have a union rep for example? Once established, if you particularly feel the cold then you need to keep moving as much as possible and wear as many thin layers of clothing as you possibly can (in order to trap in warmth). You lose more heat from your extremeties, such as hands, feet and head so you must also keep these areas warm and/or covered as appropriate. Keep drinking warm drinks, try hand warmers (available from golf stores) and lI'd ook for another job in a warmer office if I were you!
